We've Been There, Now We're Here!
Our journey into marriage coaching began with an honest conversation on New Year’s Day in 2025.
We began discussing everything we were thankful for and what we were most looking forward to in the New Year. We also discussed all the things we learned the hard way in our marriage relationship, and how we overcame through faith.
Issues like communication and financial struggles came up as we recalled our most difficult seasons. Nevertheless, that New Year’s conversation was the catalyst that changed everything.
Our WHY For Marriage Coaching.
During that conversation on January 1st, we realized how much we could’ve benefited from having marriage mentors and coaches. Yet, it quickly became clear that the Lord was calling us to be that support for other couples!
After interacting with many multigenerational, multiethnic couples and gaining a knowledge base from years of marital experience, the Lord inspired us to offer faith-based Marriage Coaching services.
Today, we’re passionate about helping couples thrive and discover the joy of doing marriage God’s way! With a marriage spanning three decades and a calling we couldn’t ignore, Built On Covenant was born to inspire hope, strengthen, and restore love relationships.

Jason brings a rare combination of strategic thinking and pastoral care to everything he does. As the president of a Houston-based digital marketing firm, Jason has spent 20+ years helping organizations build systems that work.
However, in ministry, he brings that same clarity and commitment to one of the most important institutions on earth: Marriage. For nearly three decades, Jason has served in ministry roles as an Elder, Church Administrator, Director of Christian Education, and Group Leader with Bible Study Fellowship International (BSF).
He’s had the privilege of speaking in churches, conferences, and corporate events across the country, and is passionate about helping couples build a love that lasts. He partners with his wife in ministry as a certified marriage coach, ordained minister, and co-host of Love Letters with Jason & Ros.
Rosalind (Ros) Hamilton, M.S.
Certified Marriage Coach | Ministry Leader | Author | Bible Teacher
Rosalind came to Christ in 1994, answered the call to ministry in 2001, and hasn’t looked back since. Her journey is a testament to what happens when faith and purpose collide.
With a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology and a Master’s in Education and Rehabilitation Counseling from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee, Ros brings an exceptional knowledge base, fused with academic depth and spiritual insights, when working with couples and individuals.
She has served in ministry leadership for 25+ years, including roles as Director of Children’s Ministry, Curriculum Developer, and Student Teaching Leader with Bible Study Fellowship International (BSF). She is a published author, Bible teacher, and co-host of Love Letters with Jason & Ros.
On a Personal Note.
Married since 1994, we are the proud parents of four talented adult children, all of whom were raised in Texas. However, our upbringings began in Wisconsin, where we grew up surrounded by close-knit families, cold weather, and lots of traditions rooted in faith, laughter, community, and love. Those experiences helped shape the family culture we’ve built together and inspired many of the traditions we’ve passed on to the kids, along with a few uniquely our own.
One of our favorites? A shared love for “all things” Star Wars, which has become a cherished Hamilton Family tradition!
Today, we see the blessing and honor of having served faithfully in ministry leadership for most of our marriage, as well as the privilege of mentoring and coaching countless couples along the way.

Every service and resource we offer- from marriage coaching, speaking, and premarital counseling to the ministry content we provide- is rooted in our commitment to helping marriages thrive and build the pillars of faith in God, family love, and covenant.
